Teresa Williams of KJ Custom, LLC earned First Place in the Outdoor Living category at the 2025 Grace Awards, a national program recognizing excellence in craftsmanship, innovation, and design. This honor highlights Teresa’s commitment to creating exceptional outdoor living spaces and reflects KJ Custom’s dedication to quality, creativity, and outstanding client experiences.

In 1992, the Texas Association of Builders launched the Texas Star Awards — the only statewide tribute to excellence in the home building industry. In 2005, this remarkable awards program expanded to include projects throughout the Southwest. The Star Awards will continue to showcase the outstanding work of builders, remodelers, architects, designers, sales professionals, marketing professionals, construction professionals and industry leaders in Texas and the Southwest!

The ARC Awards are held to recognize building excellence by associate members, remodelers and custom builder members of the Dallas Builders Association. Winners were named in 21 categories including Custom Home of the Year, Associate of the Year and Whole-House Renovation.

The Eagle Elite Club designation is based on sales volume from the previous calendar year. Universal Screens, our manufacturer, recognizes KJ Custom as one of their top 5 dealers in the nation.
