KJ Custom, LLC is a family-owned and operated Texas business founded in the early 2000s. Originally from Colorado, we quickly learned that everything is bigger in Texas-from the heat to the bugs-and we embraced it.

With a passion for the outdoors (best enjoyed comfortably), we set out to create spaces that blend the beauty of nature with the comfort and craftsmanship of home. That vision became KJ Custom.

Today, we proudly partner with builders, contractors, and designers to deliver quality-driven solutions built on integrity, strong relationships, and attention to detail. At KJ Custom, we’re about more than building projects…we’re about building trust and spaces that feel like home.

Teresa Williams – Owner

Teresa Williams is the owner of KJ Custom, LLC and a respected leader in the construction industry. With a passion for craftsmanship, community, and mentorship, Teresa has built KJ Custom on a foundation of quality, integrity, and service.

She is also the founder and co-host of the BuildHERS Podcast, where she works to empower and elevate women in the building industry through education, conversation, and connection. In addition, Teresa founded Texas Acts of Kindness, a nonprofit organization dedicated to giving back to the community and supporting workforce development through scholarships and trade education.

Teresa’s leadership extends beyond the job site-she is driven by a commitment to creating opportunity, strengthening the trades, and leaving a lasting impact on both the industry and the communities she serves.

Jordan Swafford, Vice President of Operations

Jordan Swafford serves as Vice President of Operations for KJ Custom, LLC, where she plays a key role in overseeing daily operations, project execution, and team performance. With a strong background in operational leadership and process management, Jordan is instrumental in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and to the high standards KJ Custom is known for.

Jordan brings a strategic, solutions-driven approach to her role, working closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to streamline workflows and support sustainable growth. Her attention to detail, leadership style, and commitment to excellence help drive consistency across all areas of the business.

Jackie Brooks, Sales Director

Jackie Brooks serves as Sales Director for KJ Custom, LLC, where she leads business development efforts and builds strong relationships with clients and partners. With a customer-focused approach and deep industry knowledge, Jackie is committed to delivering solutions that support project success while driving growth for the company.

Britton Oggier – Installation Manager

Britton Oggier serves as Installation Manager for KJ Custom, LLC, where he oversees field operations and ensures each installation is executed with precision, efficiency, and quality. With a strong focus on coordination, safety, and craftsmanship, Britton works closely with crews and project teams to keep installations on schedule while upholding KJ Custom’s high standards.
